• Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine offers scholarships only to pre-admitted students.
• It has two types of scholarships: either bilateral or university sponsored.
• There is no application fee for scholarship programs, however there is an application fee for graduate programs at the university. Both types of awards can be applied up with online applications. Hard copy information will not be needed in many cases, though you should research in order to find out which opportunities require hard copy submissions before applying - if any must be submitted this way!
  In certain instances your eligibility may depend on other factors such as academic performance or additional experience. In these cases a panel will review all materials and make a decision on what scholarship best suits the candidate's needs.

Filling The Application Form Details

• From the page of the CSC scholarship listing, click "Create Account" to fill out the application form.
• Once you have done that, complete this form by entering all details of your university preference- including university ID number - into this same space on the online application form.
• Check if all details are correct before submitting it by clicking on "submit." Make sure you also download a copy for storage purposes somewhere safe later (@hardcopy).
  

How To Make Sure You Are Awarded With The Scholarship

• Check SUTCM's website to know what documents they require from their applicants. Each university has a different set of requirements, so check those carefully before submitting any documents
• If SUTCM requires an additional application form as well as the CSC Scholarship Application Form, make sure you submit those separately too - some will want them both together and others will want them separated
• Ensure that you have completed all required fields on your application form before submitting it - this includes attaching copies of your supporting documentation or uploading soft copies if necessary - and double checking that these are all up to date and correct before hitting submit! Finally remember any supporting letters from professors would be highly valuable at this stage so get two of those if possible!

• Pre-admission: You have to apply between October and February
• Application form submission: Submit this by April
• Selection: Officials from CGS will review your application around May – June and announce their verdict within the following months; we'll send an email to let you know what's happening and provide advice if needed.
